Whether you need quarterly or bi-annual clean-ups, we can custom build a quote for your business. With prices starting as low as $125 per unit, our maintenance includes a comprehensive list of services, such as, but not limited to:
- Changing filters
- Cleaning coils
- Flushing drain lines
- Checking amperages on all motors
- Checking gas pressures
- Oiling all moving parts
- Inspecting all electrical connections, burner assemblies, capacitors, contactors, relays, and all ductwork
- Checking refrigerant levels
- Calibrating and changing batteries in thermostat, smoke detectors, and carbon monoxide detectors
