Our Mission

We provide expert analysis and quality service, installation and maintenance on both residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems. We strive to maintain the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. We will continue to train and develop our technicians and staff members to ensure their own growth and the growth of our company.

Our Training

With all of the new heating, cooling, and home automation technology available, it is our responsibility to stay up to date with new products and promotions. Temperature Design offers in-house training seminars and workshops held by our own skilled technicians and manufacturer's field service representatives that come in and teach us about new equipment, accessories, features, and installation/service training.

As a Trane Comfort Specialist, we are also able to take advantage of Trane's seasonal class schedules, where they bring in instructors from all over the United States to each Trane's top dealers. These invaluable classes cover everything from customer service to service diagnostics, best business practices to financing, zoning installation to variable-speed operations.

We believe to build a great team, we must build great players. We support and encourage our team members to learn and grow, so there is always room for advancement within our company.

Really happy with the decision to work with Temperature Design. Only regret is that I didn't use them sooner. They have well trained talent with serious technical skills. This allows them to work on the newer, more sophisticated Trane units. Also, I really appreciated the professionalism of the office staff. Highly recommend these folks!

Wow, I was amazed at the energy of this young man very nice and was concerned, asked how my day was going I almost felt like I was talking to my son. Most of all he came in and notice what the problem was right away he explained to me in detail and was able to show me the problem and explained to me what was needed. He was safe, wore a mask and plastic on his shoes, asked if I had any questions. I tell you this is the service of all services with a smile. Thank you for coming out and making this easy and getting the job done quickly!!!!

Kenneth did a great job, which we’ve come to expect. We can’t say enough good things about Temperature Design and their people. Nicole, Lee, Tony and Kenneth are very friendly and super professional. They come out promptly and service is excellent!

What a down home group of professional individuals with great character! I can’t speak more highly of our experience and especially with Tony. We’ve had our fair share of dealing with other companies...and I can honestly say as long as we live in Charlotte, we will always use Temperature Design.
